Design of new and existing Web sites and collateral materials for a variety of clients. Responsible for all elements of client proposal, site development and design. Using Photoshop-based prototypes, work closely with client to meet operational needs while remaining within budget and on project schedule. Create Flash image galleries to layout photography, in addition to basic xHTML and CSS site layout. Work with several types of hardware and software programs including Macromedia Freehand and Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.

Transportation Security Administration / August 2005 - August 2006 /
Project head on Internet, Extranet and Intranet redesign effort reporting directly to TSA Assistant Secretary Hawley. Responsible for creation of new design and layout of the tsa.gov Web site. Developed Photoshop and CSS based prototypes of home page, secondary and tertiary pages. Responsible for 1 million dollar project budget. Hired and managed consultant team and worked with Chief Information Officer to develop IT infrastructure and budget plans. Additional creative projects including internal videos for senior leadership presentations — using Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro and Adobe After Effects. / www.tsa.gov /
Transportation Security Administration / June 2002 - August 2005 /
Provide technical and content management support on TSA Web sites, Internet and Intranet, using Documentum WebPublisher. Developed and designed a weekly electronic newsletter using HTML and CSS for the layout and Adobe Photoshop for custom graphics. Art Director for the monthly newsletter; designed layouts using Quark Xpress and custom illustrations using Adobe Illustrator. Developed creative print collateral for internal and external distribution using Adobe Photoshop, Quark Express and Macromedia Freehand.
Created multimedia presentations using Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects to help increase public awareness of the TSA mission and vision. Responsible for setup and shooting photography of TSA personnel, internal and external events using a Nikon 35mm SLR Camera.
Catholic University of America / September 2001 - May 2002 /
Wrote, edited and produced dialogue scripts for a Public Service Announcement for the Special Education Program of the Catholic University of America. Setup and shot interviews using a Canon GL2 miniDV camera. Edited video footage using Final Cut Pro.
Developed student accounts database using Microsoft Excel for tracking and records management. Provided Microsoft computer technical assistance to office staff.
FLIR Sytems, Boston / June 2001 - September 2001 /
Assisted in the design and development of company Intranet prototypes using Adobe Photoshop. Imported thermal digital images from select cameras into the company database using Adobe Photoshop. Created custom graphics for Intranet using Adobe Photoshop. Assisted in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns to bolster sales of thermal cameras.
